At Bacau Bay Resort Coron, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and modification policy are designed to be fair and straightforward. Please review the details below to understand our terms:

  1. General Policy
  • All cancellations and modifications must be requested in writing via email to reservations@bacaubaycoron.com or by calling +632 7759 9811.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation/modification request will be considered the effective date of the cancellation/modification.
  1. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations Made 15 Days or More Before Arrival

  •       Reservations canceled 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur no penalty. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded.

2.2 Cancellations Made Within 14 Days or Less Before Arrival

  •       If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
  •       In the event of a no-show or early departure, the reservation will be subject to a full room night charge for the entire reserved stay.
  1. Modification Policy

3.1 Modifications Made 15 Days or More Before Arrival

  •       If a reservation is modified 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, no penalty charge will apply, and the modification will be subject to availability. Any difference in room rates or additional charges due to the modification must be settled accordingly.

3.2 Modifications Made Within 14 Days or Less Before Arrival

  •       If a reservation is modified within 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the modification will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  •       Any reduction in the length of stay or changes in room type within 14 days or less before arrival may result in penalty charges up to the amount of the original reservation.
  1. Special Circumstances
  • In the case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events, we will review cancellation and modification requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support such requests.
  1. Refund Processing
  • For credit cards, the refund will be credited back within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the reservation.
  • BACAU BAY RESORT CORON is not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or additional fees charged by banks or payment processors.
  1. Third-Party Bookings
  • For reservations made through third-party online travel agencies (OTAs), the cancellation and modification policies of the respective platforms will apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided by the OTA at the time of booking.

BACAU BAY RESORT CORON is committed to providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment for families. This Child Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to guests traveling with children, including accommodation, dining, and safety guidelines.

  1.   Age Categories

For the purpose of this policy, children are categorized by age as follows:

  •       Adult (12 years and above)
  •       Children (ages 6-11)
  •       Infants and Toddlers (ages 0-5)

o   Infants and toddlers can stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents or guardians.

  1.     Children (ages 6-11)

o   For children aged 6-11 as an extra person staying in the same room as parents or guardians, they will be charged PHP 900 per night including daily kids’ breakfast.

o   Extra beds are available in select rooms only.

  1.     Adults (ages 12 and above)

o   Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged the full extra person rate of PHP 1,800 per night including daily breakfast.

o   Extra beds are available in select rooms only.

  2.     Infants and Toddlers (ages 0-5)

o   Children aged 0-5 eat free of charge (menu based on kids’ menu)

o   Special dietary needs or allergies should be communicated to our staff in advance to ensure appropriate meal preparation.

  1.     Children (ages 6-11)

o   BACAU BAY RESORT CORON offers a specially designed Kids’ Menu for children ages 6 to 11. For children who prefer to select dishes from the main menu, items will be available at 50% of the adult meal price. This is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts.

  1.     Adults (ages 12 and above)

o   Full meal charges apply to guests aged 12 and above.

o   Complimentary breakfast is provided for children aged 0-5 when accompanied by a paying adult.

o   Children aged 6-11 may select items from the Kids’ Breakfast Menu.

  1.     Lunch and Dinner

o   Children aged 0-5 can enjoy meals free of charge from the main menu.

o   BACAU BAY RESORT CORON offers a specially designed Kids’ Menu for children ages 6 to 11. For children who prefer to select dishes from the main menu, items will be available at 50% of the adult meal price. This is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts.

  1.     Room Service

o   The child meal policy applies to room service orders as well. Children aged 0-5 eat free, while children aged 6-11 who choose food outside the kids’ menu receive a 50% discount on the main menu. This discount is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts.

o   Children must be always supervised by a parent or guardian while on resort premises.

o   Our resort offers babysitting services 3 years old and above upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

  1.     Facilities Usage

o   Children are welcome to use the resort's facilities, including the swimming pool and recreational areas.

o   For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using these facilities.

At BACAU BAY RESORT CORON, we are delighted to welcome you and your furry friends to our resort. We understand that pets are part of the family and strive to provide a comfortable experience for our guests and their pets. To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all our guests, including your beloved pets, we kindly ask you to follow our pet policy outlined below.

  1. General Guidelines
  •       Pets Are Welcome: We are happy to accommodate your pets during your stay. Our pet-friendly policy allows dogs and cats only.
  •       Pet Size Limitation: To manage orderliness in the resort, we welcome medium-sized pets and smaller. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets exceeding 22 inches in height (measured from the shoulder) are kindly asked to stay at home.
  •       Pet Surcharge: There is a pet surcharge of PHP 1,500 per pet for the duration of your stay. This fee covers the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep our facilities pristine for all guests.
  1. Pet Owner Responsibilities
  •       Control and Supervision: Pets must always be under the control of their owners. Pets should be on a diaper, leash or in a carrier outside the guest rooms.
  •       Behavior: Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests. Continuous noise, such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
  •       Room Access: Pets are not allowed in certain areas, such as the restaurant, pool, spa, and any area marked with a “No Pets” sign.
  1. Cleaning and Maintenance
  •       Keeping the Resort Clean: It is the pet owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pets. We ask that you promptly dispose of pet waste in the appropriate containers provided throughout the resort.
  1. Additional Cleaning Services: Should you require assistance cleaning up after your pet, we offer a cleaning service for an additional charge of PHP 1,000 per request. This service can be requested through Guest Services or Dial 0.
  2. Damage and Liability
  •       Damage to Property: Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the resort’s property. Charges for any damage will be assessed and added to the guest’s bill.
  •       Liability: Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets and any injuries or harm caused by their pets to other guests or resort staff.
  1. Health and Safety
  •       Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, and proof of vaccination will be requested at check-in or may be sent prior to your stay.
  •       Wellness: Pets showing signs of illness or distress may not be allowed to stay to ensure the safety and comfort of other guests and pets.
  1. Acceptance of Terms

·       By bringing a pet to BACAU BAY RESORT CORON, pet owners agree to abide by our pet policy. Non-compliance may result in the inability to accommodate the pet at our resort.
