Standard check-in time is at 2:00PM while check-out is at 12:00PM.

Yes, early check-in or late check-out may be requested and is subject to availability of the room. Additional fees may apply.

Yes, we do provide van transfers from Francisco B. Reyes Airport to the resort for Php 450/person per way (Shared Van Transfer), 3,000/per way (Private Van Transfer) .

Yes, wifi is available throughout the resort.

Within the resort, guests have access to the Pool, Fitness Center, and lounge areas. Guests may also book a relaxing massage treatment at Alon Spa.

We also offer island tours to famous Coron destinations such as Kayangan Lake, Banul Beach, and Siete Pecados Marine Park. To book a tour, kindly approach our Front Office.

We are delighted to welcome your family to our resort! Please note our extra person charges based on the age of the children:

• Infants and Toddlers (ages 0-5): Free of charge 
• Children (ages 6-11): Php 900 per night inclusive of daily kids’ breakfast
• Adults (ages 12 and above): Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged the full extra person rate of Php 1,800 per night inclusive of daily breakfast.

We would be happy to facilitate your private events or celebrations for you. We have the following facilities available:

• Culion Ballroom: This space is 150 sq.m. and can accommodate 80-100 persons depending on the set-up.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly resort! We welcome small to medium-sized pets for a surcharge of Php 1,500 per pet for the duration of the stay. 

Please note that all pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Additional cleaning services can be requested for PHP 1,000 per service.

For cancellations:

• All cancellations and modifications must be requested in writing via email to reservations@bacaubaycoron.com or by calling +632 7759 9811.
• Reservations canceled 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur no penalty. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded.
• If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the reservation will be subject to a full room night charge for the entire reserved stay.

For refunds:

• For credit cards, the refund will be credited back within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the reservation.
• For reservations made through third-party online travel agencies (OTAs), the cancellation and modification policies of the respective platforms will apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided by the OTA at the time of booking.

Bacau Bay Coron offers private island and land tours for all its guests. We would be happy to assist you with your preferred activities. Kindly approach our Front Office for more information.

Yes, we provide various accessible accommodations and facilities to ensure all guests can fully enjoy their stay.

Bacau Bay Coron practices energy and environmental conservation. We highly encourage all guests to turn off all lights and appliances when not in use. 

Littering within the resort premises is strictly prohibited. Recyclable bins are provided for proper waste segregation.

Araw Hospitality Group will be releasing a loyalty program soon. Stay tuned for more announcements on our website and social media pages.

The resort has a third party nurse on call who can attend to consultations. A consultation fee may apply.

We accept payments via card, cash, and bank deposit to Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Our Reservations team can also send a PesoPay online link. 

Deposit Policy

• 1-night stay: A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount is required to reserve a room.
• 2 or more nights: A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
